LEO CLUB
2023 - 2024
The Leo club unit of our college was organized a blood donation program on 21.12.2023. Inaugural address is given by Principal Dr.T.Md.Ilyas and Ln.Vijaykumar felicitated the program. A team of Doctors and Technicians from Government Hospital Vaniyambadi have visited and our students voluntarily donated the blood. Our college has donated about 90 units of blood to the Government Hospital of Vaniyambadi.
The Leo club unit of our college was installed on 19.07.2023 at Seminar Hall by the new office bearers of the Leo club Vaniyambadi. On that occasion our College principal Dr.T.Md.Ilyas was the Guest of honour and given the inaugural address to the Leo students and welcome address by LN. R.Ezhilarasan, President of Leo club followed by MJF.Ln. M.G.Ravichandran.PDG introduced The District Governor PMJF Ln.N.D.Baskar VDG-2. On the same day orientation programme was conducted on the Topic ‘Self development skills for Leo students’ by eminent Trainer PMJF.Ln.Dr.Prof. Rathinanatarajan and District Governor addressed the Leo students and motivated them to involve in various social service activities going to be conducted in near future. Finally vote of thanks is proposed by Secretary Ln.R.Viswanathan.
The Leo club unit of our college was organized a free heart check up program on 26.02.2023. Inaugural address is given by Principal Dr.T.Md.Ilyas and welcome address by President of Leo club Ln. R.Ezhilarasan. A team of Doctors and Technicians from Fortis Hospital Chennai have visited and monitored the patients with ECG and Echo study. On that occasion about 160 patients from in and around Vaniyambadi monitored and got benefited. After complete diagnosis the health reports were given immediately to the patients along with a proper medical advice and medicines. Among 160 patients about 25 patients are directed to Fortis Hospital Chennai for further diagnosis. Finally the Guest Doctors are honoured by PMJF Ln.K.Jayakumar and vote of thanks proposed by a Secretary Ln.G.Imayavarman.
2022-2023
The Leo club unit of our college was installed on 26.07.2022 at Seminar Hall by the new office bearers of the Leo club Vaniyambadi. On that occasion our College principal Dr.T.Md.Ilyas was the Guest of honour and given the inaugural address to the Leo students and welcome address by LN. R.Vijayakumar, President of Leo club followed by MJF.Ln. M.G.Ravichandran.PDG introduced The District Governor PMJF Ln.Buvaneswari. On the same day orientation programme was conducted on the Topic ‘Art of Public speaking by eminent Trainer MJF.Ln.Leo Stanly and District Governor addressed the Leo students and motivated them to involve in various social service activities going to be conducted in near future.
2020-2021
Eye checkup program was conducted on 19.02.2020. Dr.Vinothini, Ophthalmologist from Good Samaritan Eye Hospital Matrapalli, visited and monitored the patients. About 200 students were underwent diagnosis and got benefitted. They have given spectacles and medicines.
2019-2020
Heart checkup program was conducted on 20.12.2019. A team of Doctors and Technicians from Malar Hospital Chennai have visited and monitored the patients using ECG. About 157 patients were underwent medical examination and treatment is given. They have given the medical reports and medicines.
The Leo club unit of our college was installed on 23.06.2019 at Seminar Hall by the new office bearers of the Leo club Vaniyambadi. Welcome address by Ln.R.Viswanathan PDG, President of Leo club Principal Dr.T.Md Ilyas was the guest of honour addressed the Leo students
2018-2019
Hear check up program was conducted on 28.12.2018. A team of Doctors and Technicians from Apollo Hospital Chennai have visited and medically analyze the patients. About 128 patients were underwent medical examination and treatment is given. They have given the medical reports and medicines
Motivation Seminar was conducted on the Topic “Personality Development , Character- culture and Creativity” on 19.12.2018 By the experts Dr. Tamil semmal PMJF.Ln.Rathina Natarajan and Ln.M.Shanmugam.Ln. Thalapathy PDG has given lecture on ‘Employability’.
2017-2018
The Leo club unit of our college was installed on 26.07.2017 at Seminar Hall by the new office bearers of the Leo club Vaniyambadi. Orientation Program on “Public Speaking” was conducted and training was given by Experts.
