79^th GRADUATION DAY CELEBRATIONS – JANUARY 2025

The 79^th Graduation Day of Islamiah College [Autonomous], Vaniyambadi, for awarding Degree Certificates to the successful students of April 2024 Examinations, shall be held in two Phases on 18-01-2025 & 28-01-2025.

In this regard, the Eligible Graduands (see list enclosed) are informed to register for 79^th Graduation Day and remit a fee of Rs. 700/- [fee can be remitted personally or through a representative] at the Examination Cell, Islamiah College [Autonomous], Vaniyambadi, 02-01-2025, Thursday onwards, during College working hours. Due to administrative reasons, Registration and Fee Remittance for Graduaion Day shall not be allowed after the last date. Further, the Graduands are instructed to fill up the Progression form.

Important Instructions to the Graduands:

1. Graduands should be present in the College campus well before 9.30 A.M.
   
2. Graduation Robes shall be available to the students upon depositing Fully Refundable Deposit of Rs. 500 with the Graduation Robes Supplier
   
3. Graduands shall be in their allotted seats by 10.00 A.M.
   
4. Graduands shall follow Formal Dress Code and display the rich legacy of our Century Old Institution by maintaining utmost Discipline & Decency throughout the Programme
   
5. Graduands shall stand when the Convocation Procession enters the auditorium and shall take their seats only after the members of the procession have taken their seats on the dais
   
6. Similarly, when the Procession leaves the Auditorium, all Graduates shall stand in their respective places
   
7. Lunch shall be provided to Graduates after the Graduation Ceremony. Guests will be provided lunch on a payment of Rs.200/- per guest
