The PG & Research Department of History organised History Association Function on Vestiges of Vaniyambadi in association with Anjuman-e- Khuddamul-ul- Islam, Vaniyambadi at Seminar Hall of our college on 21st October 2023.The programme started at 10.30 a.m. with the recitation of Holy Quran and Tamil Thai Vazthu.
The programme was compeered by Dr. Mohammad Osman Pasha, the coordinator of the programme. Dr. C. Mohamed Faheem welcomed the guests and the audience.
Dr. T. Mohamed Ilyas, Principal, delivered the inaugural address. Mr. T. M. Abdur Ravoof Khalid Saheb, President of the Anjuman delivered the felicitation address.
The Programme has two sessions. The first technical session on ‘The Story of our College’ was handled by Prof. D. Abul Fazal, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department. The second technical session on ‘The Tales the Stone Tablets Tell’ was handled by Mr. K.Ehsan Ahmed, Executive Member, Anjuman-e-Khuddam-ul-Islam, Vaniyambadi. The programme was recorded and uploaded in the You-tube later by the Anjuman.
Total 150 participants including the members from the Anjuman and the VMES have also attended. The programme ended with formal vote of thanks by Mr. M. Siddique Ahmed.
