The Vaniyambadi Muslim Educational Society is the pioneer in the field of education in this part of the country. The great vision and the spirit of service of the noble minds , farsighted founders of the society, dedicated to promote Social Welfare through education, continue to inspire the office bearers and members of the Vaniyambadi Muslim Educational Society.

Vaniyambadi Muslim Educational Society which was founded in the year 1901 started the following Institutions.
   

Islamiah Elementary School in 1903

Islamiah Boy's Higher Secondary School in 1912

Islamiah College (Men's) in 1919

Islamiah Girls' Higher Secondary School in 1957

Islamiah Industrial Training Centre in 1984

Islamiah Women's Arts and Science College in 1997
   

Altogether about 7000 students are under instruction in these Institutions.
